The friendship between the two was so deep that there was no one in the entire forest who ever saw them without each other. Wherever they went, they went together. Whatever they ate, they ate together. No, but they would help each other in times of trouble.

Everyone was impressed by their unparalleled friendship. Throughout the forest, example of brotherhood and brotherhood was given like the friendship of the frog and the mouse. The stories of the friendship between the two were told at night.

The frog and the mouse were very happy to hear about the popularity of their friendship, after thinking for some time they came to the conclusion that they got so much fame because of their friendship, so they promised each other that they would never be separated from each other.

Time passed but the friendship between the frog and the mouse did not decrease. As usual, the frog would leave his pond early in the morning and start his journey toward the mouse's house. He could wait for himself.

After that, both of them would roam around in the forest for the whole day and in the evening they would go to their respective homes. One evening, near the pond, the frog heard the sound of an owl. The frog looked up and found the owl sitting on a tree branch.

"Why has the frog become the enemy of your life?" The frog was surprised by the owl's question, and the owl said once again:

"How forgetful you are, my wife.

Your friend the mouse is so clever, you don't know. I have been watching for a long time, you walk around with the mouse's tail from morning till night, and I have never seen him come to your pond.

At first, the frog was shocked to hear this.

After some time, when he understood the meaning of the matter, he hesitated and said to the owl, 'I have never thought of this, and I have never had the opportunity to think of it. The mouse is my most loyal friend in the whole forest, this is the meaning. Does not keep.

"Say whatever you want, Mian, I said what I saw."

Now, it is your job to understand or not to understand this." After saying this, the owl flew from the tree branch.

That night, the frog heard the owl say that he did not sleep at all.

"Whatever it is, the owl's words are true, he has said the truth.

I always go to the mouse to take it from the bill. He never came to my pond. I don't know what kind of friend he is who has never seen my house. Days passed and the feeling of it grew in the frog's heart. He tried to bring the mouse to his pond many times with excuses, but the mouse did not agree.

The situation did not change with the passage of time, but the frog's heart changed. Now the frog was not his friend, but he thought with malice in his heart. One day, the frog felt an urge to take revenge for his disrespect. The next day, the frog took the mouse and went for a walk in the forest.

Unbeknownst to the mouse, the frog tied one end of the string to his leg and the other end to the mouse's tail. When it was time to separate, the frog jumped towards the pond and the mouse also tied the string. He took it with him.

At first, the mouse did not understand what was happening to him, when the frog did not respond to his questioning and objected to this behavior, the mouse tried to cut the string with the help of his sharp teeth, but failed. Nothing came to hand.

For half an hour, the frog continued to drag the mouse and after reaching the pond, he said, "Our friendship has been so long, but you have not come to my pond even once. Today, I will take you to my pond."

Without waiting for the mouse's answer, the frog said this and jumped into the pond.

The rat tried hard to free itself but could not and soon drowned.

After drowning, the body of the rat floated on the surface of the pond, while the frog did not look back even once. A few seconds after the accident, a falcon flying in the sky caught sight of the rat and rushed toward the rat. came down, clutched the lifeless mouse in its claws, and flew off to its nest.

Due to the wire tied to the rat's tail, the frog could not escape and fell into the falcon's nest hanging from the wire towards the sky from the pond. When the falcon saw the frog with the mouse, he was delighted and said, Wow. Today I will eat my fill.

The frog begged the hawk for his life, but he refused, and thus the frog became food for the hawk along with his dead friend.

The lesson we learn from this story is: "Dig a hole so deep for your enemy that you fall into it yourself."
